1. Independent secondary market reseller
ZYX Events is an independent reseller operating on the secondary market. We are not a box office, not a primary seller, and not an official point of sale. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected in any way to any venue, box office, team, league, artist, band, performer, promoter, tour, festival, primary ticketing platform, grading company, or trading card manufacturer or publisher.
2. Trademarks and names
Any names, logos, trademarks, event titles, team names, artist names, or brands that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used only for identification and description of the tickets or items we offer. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, their owners.
3. Prices may be above or below face value
Because we operate on the secondary market, the prices we offer are generally set by supply and demand and may be higher or lower than the face value printed on a ticket or any manufacturer, guide, or market reference price for a collectible. Where a law limits resale prices, including the Ticket Sales Act, 2017 for events held in Ontario, we follow that limit. You are never obligated to buy. A price is only firm once we confirm it to you in writing for a specific order.
4. Availability is not guaranteed
Inventory, availability, and pricing can change at any time and without notice. Listings and figures shown on the site are illustrative and may be out of date. We do not guarantee that any particular ticket or item is or will remain available.
5. Tickets, venues, and events
We do not control events or venues. Entry is ultimately subject to the rules of the venue, promoter, and event organizer, including any conditions on the ticket. We are not responsible for an event being changed, postponed, relocated, cancelled, or subject to entry restrictions, or for any decision by a venue or organizer to refuse entry. Our responsibility for cancelled or changed events is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. We are never responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur in connection with an event.
6. Collectibles are not investments
Collectibles, including graded, raw, sealed, and vintage trading cards, are sold as goods for personal enjoyment and use, not as investments or financial instruments. We make no representation or guarantee about future value, resale price, liquidity, appreciation, or return of any item. Nothing we say or provide is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and you should not treat it as such.
7. Grading and condition
Grades and grading opinions are those of the applicable third party grading company and are not a representation, warranty, or guarantee by us. Condition descriptions and images are provided in good faith and describe an item as of the time of listing. Sealed and vintage product is sold as described and on an as is basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any third party grade, population report, or reference price.
8. Examples and images
Sample requests, statuses, listings, and images shown on this site, including the example requests on the home page, are illustrations only. They are not real orders, current inventory, or a promise that any item is available, and photographs may not show the actual ticket, seat view, or item you receive.
9. Informational content only
Any statistics, figures, descriptions, or other content on the site are provided for general information only, may contain errors, and are subject to change. They are not advice and are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome.
10. Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that buying, holding, or reselling any ticket or item is lawful where you live, and for complying with any resale rules, taxes, and restrictions that apply to you. If you are unsure, seek your own professional advice before proceeding.
11. No warranty and limitation of liability
Everything on this site is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYX Events and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its contents. Our total liability in connection with any transaction is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
12. No offer where prohibited
Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful, or to any person to whom it would be unlawful to make such an offer.
