THE FOUNDER
How I run ZYX Events.
I'm Muhammad Ali, and I run ZYX Events out of Toronto. We have moved more than $1M in tickets, and every seat we sell is listed through Automatiq, so it reaches buyers on every major marketplace at once.
Most of the work happens before anything is listed. I read the platform rules and resale laws for each market, and I study how prices move in the weeks before an event. When Ontario capped resale prices in 2026, we stopped listing Ontario events. We now focus on the US states and Canadian provinces that allow it.
Pokémon cards started as a side interest and became our second desk. We source graded slabs and sealed product for buyers who know exactly what they're after.
